DELIVERY

Having in mind the comfort of our customers and care for the highest level of delivery quality, the laterano.com.pl store carries out deliveries through the most popular courier companies, both in Poland and abroad. The shipping cost depends on the destination country and the value of the orders and is presented at the last stage of the contract, before its acceptance and payment. The default shipping methods available to customers are:
– domestic courier service – PLN 14.00, shipping time: 24 hours + order fulfillment time
– courier service to EU countries – PLN 49.00, shipping time: 72h + order fulfillment time
– courier shipment outside the EU – the cost and delivery time is determined individually

PAYMENT

The laterano.com.pl store provides its customers with two forms of payment for the ordered products: traditional transfer and electronic payments made via PayU S.A. Due to the standard time of posting traditional transfers, we encourage you to use electronic payment methods.

RETURNS

If the ordered goods did not meet your expectations and you want to return them, please send a package containing the returned products and a completed declaration of withdrawal from the contract (a template form is available in point 12 of the Store’s regulations: https://laterano.com.pl/en/terms-and-conditions) to the address: Polanex Sp. z o.o., 64-200 Gniezno, ul. Słoneczna 40 with the annotation “BOK laterano.com.pl”. The parcel may be delivered in a form of delivery convenient for you within 14 days of making the purchase. The Customer Service Center will inform you about the status of the return no later than within 14 days from the moment of receiving the parcel with the returned products.

In the case of shirts made to measure based on the provided dimensions of the Customer, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract (detailed information is contained in the Regulations of the laterano.com.pl online store available at: https://laterano.com.pl/en/terms-and-conditions).

COMPLAINTS

If the ordered products did not meet your expectations and you want to make a complaint, please send back the advertised products no later than within 14 days from the date of purchase to the following address: Polanex Sp. z o.o., 64-200 Gniezno, ul. Słoneczna 40 with the note “BOK laterano.com.pl”, attaching to the package a short description of the complaint or reported problem. The Customer Service Team will verify your complaint no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The order fulfillment time depends on the type of product and is: – 24 hours for shirts from the current collection and products from other categories – up to 15 working days for tailor-made shirts.
