The customer path in the laterano.com.pl online store has been prepared so that shopping is easy and intuitive. We encourage you to read all the information about the store’s offer and the Laterano brand in the most convenient way for you, and for people who are starting their adventure with online shopping, we propose the following steps to complete the order:

  • go to the main page of the laterano.com.pl store
  • we open the OUR SHIRTS page where we present the currently offered collection
  • we choose the shirt model that interests us
  • if you buy a shirt with standard dimensions, choose the color, model and size of the shirt – we encourage you to use the size table visible after clicking the SIZE GUIDE button
  • when buying a made to measure shirt, we choose the color, model and complete a few parameters describing our figure – we encourage you to take advantage of the instructional videos showing the correct way of taking measurements (videos are available after clicking on the video icon for each parameter)
  • after selecting a specific shirt model and completing the dimensions, select the quantity and click ADD TO CART and then click ORDER in the basket preview section that will appear on the right side of the screen
  • on the ORDERtab, we complete our contact details, choose the form of shipment and the payment method
  • if we do not have an account in the laterano.com.pl store yet, we can automatically create one by selecting the “Create an account?” in the lower section of the ORDER tab
  • if all order parameters agree, we agree to accept the store regulations by marking it with a cross and click the BUY and PAYbutton and proceed to the payment stage
  • all key stages of order fulfillment will be communicated by the Customer Service Office of the laterano.com.pl store by means of automatic e-mail messages

2. HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHIRT SIZE?

The offer of the laterano.com.plstore includes both ready-made shirts, available in the current collection, as well as tailor-made shirts for our customers.

In the case of shirts from the current collection, we encourage you to use the table of dimensions available on the product card (the SIZE GUIDE button is available in the product card section next to the price).

In the case of tailor-made shirts, it is necessary to provide some data about our figure. This information must be completed on the product sheet in the MADE TO MEASURE tab. In order to ensure the most precise measurement, at the key parameters of the shirt, we have included a short instructional video showing the correct way to make the measurement. To watch each of the instructional videos, please click the video icon on the right side of each field of the form, in which we provide the dimensions of our figure.

12. CAN I MAKE EXCHANGES?

13. CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED?

If you place an order for shirts from the current collection or products from other categories, unfortunately it is not possible to change it (change the product from the offer, size or add / remove an item).

In the case of orders for tailor-made shirts based on the provided dimensions of the customer as well as tailor-made based on the shirt pattern provided to our company, where the order fulfillment time is longer than 24 hours, please contact the Customer Service Office directly. We will analyze each application individually and we will do our best to help in making any changes to the order.
